Dudelczyk Family Law is cognizant of the health concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the best interests of our clients’ health and safety, consultations and meetings can be held either remotely or in-person at the discretion of both the individual and Ms. Dudelczyk.

Ms. Dudelczyk received her certification in mediation from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2017 and provides mediation services in New Mexico and Colorado. As both a mediation and an attorney, Ms. Dudelczyk has a keen sense of the unique challenges mediations present and seeks to use her experience when working with parties to reach amicable, practical, and long-standing agreements. Ms. Dudelczyk provides mediation services in domestic relations cases as well as for parties involved in non-legal disputes.
